1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Unity API Communicator according to your subscription tier (Pro or Studio).

2. Permitted Use

• Use in commercial and personal Unity projects
• Install on machines you own or control
• Studio tier: Install on up to 5 team machines

3. Prohibited Use

• Redistribute, resell, or share your license key
• Reverse engineer or modify the software
• Use in malicious software or exploits

4. Subscription

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Cancel anytime via Stripe customer portal
• Upon cancellation, software reverts to Lite (free) tier

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all Unity versions or third-party software.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this software, including loss of data or profits.
